Came to Hertz chicken today and Carina has excellent service and the food was so fresh. My chicken had steam coming from it, that's how fresh it was.
Came here because we wanted something different, and because hubby loves their gizzards, and it was really good. Food was when we served ourselves from the buffet. My husband and I really enjoyed it. Thank you!
Their chicken taste way better than Church's, Popeye's and KFC. Perfect crunch and seasoning. I love the way they seasoned the batter. It's not overwhelmingly SALTY. The chicken is cooked all the way through the bones. Their prices are very affordable unlike their competition. I will only buy chicken at Hartz now and nowhere else.
I ordered the fish every time I go. Never had a problem. Rolls and tarter sauce are always fresh. Iced tea was great. Service was spot on. Cooked the fish when ordered. Was super fresh and hot, even driving 15 miles home...are these reviews for the Conroe location...weird!
The food is great but the atmosphere is like a soup kitchen. The ceiling has water stains, the ceiling fans need to be cleaned, most of the fountain drinks don't work, but if you can look past all this, the food is yummy.
They really know how to cook some good chicken for when you just want a fast food place. The manager here was super sweet and kept asking us if we needed any more chicken dropped in the fryer so that it would be nice and fresh for us.
It was my first time eating here and the food was delicious. I had fried chicken, okra, and peach cobbler. Everything was fresh and scrumptious. The staff had great customer service and as well as the manager Jennifer. I will be coming back soon. Keep up the good work.
Had craving for fried chicken and was in the vicinity. Just wanted chicken so ordered an box of chicken to go. They took our order and told us to have a seat and they would bring our food to us. We had waited a few minuted when one of the ladies told us that a fresh batch of chicken would be coming out in 15 minutes; would we care to wait. We said we wouldn't mind. While we waited we were offered complimentary drinks. When our chicken was ready we were given a dozen dinner rolls as compensation for our wait. While we didn't eat from the buffet my wife was offered a sample of the fried fish. She said it was very good. The buffet looked good so we will try that soon. The staff was very friendly. This was our first visit but we will be back soon.
